Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Tyndall AFB, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
SES Electrical LLC is requesting your proposal for this project. Project Description: The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace the roof of the 325th Medical Group Logistics Warehouse (B1471), Tyndall AFB, FL, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. Work shall be accomplished in accordance the provisions of the basic MATOC contract, all Federal, State, Installation, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01, UFC 1-200-02, UFC 3-110-03, Roofing, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 07 52 00, ER 1110-345-700, and this Scope of Work (SOW). But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = TBD calendar days Subcontractor proposals are due to SES by NOON, Thursday, July 03, 2025. Direct all RFI's, bids, and scope letters to the following individuals/emails: 1.
