Demolition and site work for a transportation facility in Tyndall AFB, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Project: Demolition of 3 buildings and related infrastructure damaged by Hurricane Michael. Tyndall AFB, Florida The length of this contract is 365 days from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Work shall be based on the project description, data furnished in the SOW, and information discussed during a pre-construction/criteria review meeting prior to mobilization. The project involves site-specific demolition of three buildings/facilities located on Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The Contractor must comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations, including Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-250-01, UFC 3-250-03, UFC 3-600-01, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards, Uniform Building Code (UBC), relevant sections of Southern Standard Building Codes, International Building Code (IBC), Air Force Standards, Department of Defense (DOD) Directives, Florida State Statutes, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) requirements, Tyndall AFB Facility Excellence Plan, National Electric Code (NEC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. In case of conflicts among codes or regulations, the most stringent requirements shall apply. Government-provided documents are for reference only and do not relieve the Contractor from compliance with all applicable codes. All services shall be performed in accordance with the SOW, applicable Construction Wage Rate, and all other contract terms and conditions. Question Deadline 01/20/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Offerors should submit any questions they may have in writing to SrA Frances Montgomery (Contract Specialist) at frances.montgomery@us.af.mil and Mr. Bernard Husted (Contracting Officer) at bernard.husted.2@us.af.mil, The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(f) between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
