Renovate approximately 1,400 SF of finish interior space within B1601 to support Drug Demand Reduction (DDR). Room 140 will be altered to accommodate separate entry and exist points for admin and patients. All modifications to the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection MEP/FP design systems will correlate with existing facility components.This is a Design-Build project to renovate B1601 for Drug Demand Reduction (DDR) Facility with a period of performance of 360 days, with 120 days for construction documents and 240 calendar days for construction, from date of Notice to Proceed receipt. The project is comprised of new work on Tyndall AFB and the related disciplines of work as specific tasks in Scope of Work. A. NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building ConstructionB. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. See section J for applicable attachments.C. This acquisition has been designated for procurement as a Woman Owned Small Business Set-aside and will be awarded via request for proposal IAW FAR Part 15.D.
