The Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the demolition tasks defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Work includes site-specific demolition of three buildings/facilities at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, in accordance with project descriptions, SOW requirements, and information from a pre-construction/criteria review meeting. All tasks must comply with applicable codes and standards, including Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), United States Army Corps of Engineers guidelines, Uniform Building Code (UBC), International Building Code (IBC), Air Force Standards, Department of Defense directives, Florida State Statutes, Florida Department of Transportation regulations, Tyndall AFB Facility Excellence Plan, National Electric Code (NEC), OSHA requirements, DEP and EPA regulations, and ADA compliance. In case of conflicts, the most stringent requirements apply. The contractor must also adhere to Construction Wage Rate requirements and all contract terms and conditions. Work shall be completed in strict compliance with contract documents and the latest Federal and State regulations. The magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
