Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

To provide UTMB pricing for the M37 Plaza Garage Elevator Pits Flooding project on the UTMB Galveston campus. The scope includes concrete, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical trades. Please provide a lump sum quote for all work packages you desire to bid (Including Sales Tax on the material & 3rd Party Rentals). Late subcontractor quotes submitted MAY NOT be used in our bid to the client, which would preclude our using these bids when the project is awarded. Please do your best to ensure all quotes are submitted prior to the above deadline. Feel free to bid on as many work packages as you desire. The descriptions given for the work packages are intended to be for the major aspects of the work and does not delineate all work required to complete the work package. If you choose to bid on a work package, please bid all work required to complete the entire work package. Subcontractors will be required to obtain badges from UTMB. This will be at the time and expense of the subcontractor. Please see the procedure and qualifications in the File Room.
