The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the Fort Collins Office Relocation Project. General items of work consist of the construction of 11 buildings totaling approximately 74,500 SF and on-site improvements of approximately 28 acres. Specific items include: On-Site Improvements: _ Demolition of existing site structures not planned to remain _ New perimeter security fencing _ Secured entries gates separating private and public functions (primary a south access point from the frontage road to the property and a north gate from E. County Road 50 to the property) _ Designated parking lots for visitors, the public, employees, and CPW fleet vehicles _ New onsite roadways and circulation _ Topography improvements, Drainage Improvements and Stormwater Detention provisions _ On-site Septic System _ Waterline Building Structures Include: _ A new one-story administration building that includes office spaces for various departments, multiple conference rooms, a large multi-function room, a breakroom, public and private restrooms, a visitor contact area, building support spaces and ancillary spaces. _ Seven (7) new Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) _ ANS Station/ Boat Decontamination Building _ Chemical Storage Building _ Well House.
