Lide Parking Lot Repair a.Demo existing asphalt, estimated to be approximately 9,840 sq. ft. Asphalt depth estimated to be approximately 2 inches. b.Undercut to a depth of 10 inches. c.Dispose of all demo'd materials. d.Lander University will provide a 3 rd Party Inspection Firm to conduct a proof roll. e.Contractor responsible for establishing a compacted subgrade to a minimum of 95% Standard Proctor. f.As a result of the Proof-Roll, if any additional excavation is required, a construction change order will be issued. g.Contractor to procure and install aggregate to a depth of 06 inches. h.Contractor to procure and install a geotextile fabric, per the project drawings. i.Contractor to procure and install an additional 02 inches of aggregate. j.Contractor to apply a 2-inch layer of asphalt. k.Contractor to re-stripe the parking lot for the disturbed area, per the contract documents
