Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are requested for a single prime General Construction Contract. This is a Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage project. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Location online portal. The work consists of site demolition work to remove existing sidewalks and appurtenances from Central Park. Demolition work also includes salvaging and protecting existing monuments. Existing trees to remain are to be protected as indicated throughout construction. The new improvements for Central Park include installation of new sidewalks, pavilion, water feature, grading, stormwater infrastructure, asphalt pavement restoration, irrigation system, electrical system, lighting, hardscaping, landscaping, benches, furniture, and all other appurtenances in the park. All work for the project is fully described and shown on the contract documents prepared by CJL Engineering dated June 23, 2025. The City of Johnstown reserves the right to waive irregularities or minor informalities in the Bids, and to reject any or all Bids.
