The intent of this project is to deliver a new 40,431sf Fleet Maintenance Building for the DPW for the City of Providence, complying with LEED Requirements, constructing maintenance garage bays, storage, offices, locker rooms and partial site improvements such as the segmental retaining wall along the southeast site and proposed staff parking to the southwest.
