GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK Vendor to provide all labor and materials to reline the floor pan of two (2) of the Narragansett Bay Commission's (NBC) Sodium Hypochlorite Solution Storage Tanks, per the NBC specifications. Tank #5 is located at the Field's Point Wastewater Treatment Facility (FPWWTF), 2 Ernest Street, Providence, RI 02905. Tank #1 is located at Bucklin Point Wastewater Treatment Facility (BPWWTF), 102 Campbell Avenue, East Providence, RI 02916. Term of Service for the relining of the tanks will be from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, with a reserve timeline from April 15, 2026, to June 15, 2026. Both tanks will be taken offline for relining and cleaning by NBC. The vendor must schedule the project start with the NBCRepresentative. The project must be completed by June 30, 2026. NBC is a Rhode Island public corporation and is exempt from RI state sales tax. B. Vendor must cite any exceptions to NBC specifications on separate attached company letterhead, dated, referencing the NBC bid number and specific bid item number, with an authorized company signature as well as typed name & title of signatory.
