The intent of this project is to deliver a new 40,431sf Fleet Maintenance Building for the DPW for the City of Providence, complying with LEED Requirements, constructing maintenance garage bays, storage, offices, locker rooms and partial site improvements such as the segmental retaining wall along the southeast site and proposed staff parking to the southwest. Liquidated damages are provided for in the Prime Contract and shall be assessed against the Subcontractor to the extent caused by the Subcontractor or any person or entity for whose acts the Subcontractor may be liable.
