ZMM Architects & Engineers on behalf of the Roane Jackson Technical Center Administrative Council (Owner) requests written proposals from qualified professionals to secure commissioning services for the new Electrical and HVAC Lab Building at Roane Jackson Technical Center. It is the owner's intent to ensure that the fundamental systems are calibrated and operating as required per specifications . The new Electrical and HVAC Lab Building consists of 13,400 square feet on one level with a storage mezzanine Drawings and Specifications can be obtained by calling the Receptionist at ZMM and asking for ShareFile access. ZMM and the Roane Jackson Technical Center Administrative Council will follow the5G Process and the WV School Building Authority's guidelines on Commissioning Services Please review all drawings and specifications of the construction documents for commissioning intent and requirements.
