Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Maryville, Missouri is requesting proposals for Roofing Services for the purpose of materials and installation of roof replacement for various structures at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park. Enclosed you will find a copy of the bid documents for your review and submission. Within this packet is a list of materials needed and other guidelines to consider while preparing your proposal. Scope of Work: o Removal of existing roof. o Disposal of debris in compliance with local regulations. o Installation of a new roofing system (type of roofing material, insulation, underlayment, etc). o Gutter and drainage system work (if applicable). o Clean-up of the work site. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
