SCOPE OF PROJECT: This Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete the installation of asphalt paving and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. a. Any contract awarded under this Invitation to Bid is expected to be funded in whole or part by a grant from the State of Michigan; Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF). Neither the State of Michigan, the United States Government, nor any of its departments, agencies, and employees is or will be a party to this Invitation to Bid or any resulting contract. b. The contractor and all subcontractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (ElliottLarsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019-09, as amended.
