The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide a tub grinder, vertical or horizontal, with a minimum of 500 horsepower, that can accept stumps, logs and wood material of various size, shape and length. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies and incidentals needed to perform brush, tree and stump grinding and removal services at the three (3) designated locations in Cumberland and Prince Edward Counties.
