The project consists of the installation and replacement of approximately 8,300 linear feet of 12" diameter transmission line with reconnections to existing water lines, complete and in place with all appurtenances thereto. All Bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. This Project is being supported with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) Grant Program and is administered through the TDEC State Water Infrastructure Grants (SWIG) Agency. Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements attach to this opportunity Doc note: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for the Contract Documents (plans and specifications).
