Site work for a water / sewer project in Centerville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of the installation of 9 zone meters and approximately 50 commercial AMR meters. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the office of Hethcoat & Davis, Inc., 278 Franklin Road, Suite 200 Brentwood, TN 37027 All Bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. This Project is being supported with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) Grant Program and is administered through the TDEC State Water Infrastructure Grants (SWIG) Agency. Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements attach to this opportunity. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
