**As of January 8th, 2026, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace defective section of the sanitary sewer piping serving Hickman County Middle School. Work includes all excavation, pipe installation, backfill, testing, and surface restoration to return the site to preconstruction condition. Scope of Work: 1. Verify existing sewer line path, connections and other utilities before excavation. 2. Cut and remove concrete necessary for repair. 3. Remove defective pipe, approx. 50 ft, and install new 4-inch PVC piping with proper slope and alignment per Tennessee plumbing code. 4. Install new fittings, couplings, and cleanouts. 5. Reconnect new piping to existing laterals, or building drains using watertight joints. 6. Test the new system by air or low-pressure water test and submit results for approval. 7. Backfill to grade. 8. Replace concrete floor to existing level. 9. Replace CVT in hall and workroom with closest matching CVT. 10. In restrooms, level ceramic tile with floor leveler. Site Conditions: - Active school campus coordinate site access and working hours with school administration. - Access via Bulldog Blvd (verify staging area with maintenance staff). - Contractor must locate utilities in work area before any excavation. - Contractor responsible for debris removal and cleanup. - Background checks, non-reimbursible, are required if work is performed while students are present. Deliverables: - As-built sketch or layout showing new sewer line. - Results from low pressure or air testing. - Photos of installed pipe prior to backfill. - Final invoice referencing project name and completion date.
