Demolition and site work for a residential development in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition of Dwellings. Location: 227, 309 & 532 Boesel Avenue, 707 Dukes Parkway, Manville, Somerset County; 446 Harrison Avenue, Highland Park, Middlesex County, NJ; 12 & 14 E. Millcreek Avenue, Eastampton, Burlington County, NJ; 2 & 4 Curly Lane, 277 N. Union Street, Lambertville, Hunterdon County, NJ ALL BIDDERS MUST BE CLASSIFIED WITH DPMC WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TRADES: Single Bid (lump sum all trades) General Construction (C008) OR General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) OR Demolition (C021). Failure to list all of the required DPMC Classified sub-contractors will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions, Revised December 2015. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law. The Minority Percentage Goal Requirement for This Contract is 15% Per Skilled Craft. (Burlington County) The Minority Percentage Goal Requirement for This Contract is 3% Per Skilled Craft. (Hunterdon County) The Minority Percentage Goal Requirement for This Contract is 24% Per Skilled Craft. (Middlesex County) The Minority Percentage Goal Requirement for This Contract is 20% Per Skilled Craft. (Somerset County) The Female Percentage Goal Requirement for This Contract is 6.9% Per Skilled Craft. In submitting its proposal, a bidder may designate specific information as not subject to disclosure. However, such bidder must have a good faith legal and/ or factual basis to assert that such designated portions of its proposal (i) are proprietary and confidential financial or commercial information or trade secrets or (ii) must not be disclosed to protect the personal privacy of an identified individual. The location in the proposal of any such designation should be clearly stated in a cover letter, and a redacted copy of the proposal should be provided. The State reserves the right to make the determination as to what is proprietary or confidential, and will advise the winning bidder accordingly. The State will not honor any attempt by a winning bidder to designate its entire proposal as proprietary, confidential and/or to claim copyright protection for its entire proposal. In the event of any challenge to the winning bidder's assertion of confidentiality with which the State does not concur, the bidder shall be solely responsible for defending its designation.
