The current air conditioning equipment for the server room is approximately 20-30 years old and requires replacement. The work is of an emergent nature and shall be completed within one (1) month from the date of the award and "Notice to Proceed". SPECIFICATIONS o Remove and properly dispose of two (2) current Liebert air conditioning systems according to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines. o Furnish and install two (2) indoor Liebert Model DS053ADC1EI9H00 computer room air conditioners rated at 15-tons cooling each. o Furnish and install two (2) matching outdoor condensing units Model MCS056E8YD00ME on existing concrete pads located on Barry Hogan Way near the buildings loading dock. o Furnish and install all needed refrigerant piping, fittings, and reconnect existing piping. o Reconnect units to existing line voltage electrical wiring and disconnect to all low voltage control wiring. o Reconnect to existing humidifier water supply line. o Pressure test and evaluate each unit. o Provide complete and functional installation. Start-up unit following manufacturer guidelines, and check operation of unit. o Provide an overview of how the system works and demonstrate basic operator training. o Clean work area and remove any debris related to installation project.
