The City of North Adams, through its Office of Community Development (OCD), the Awarding Authority,invites sealed bids for the Blackinton Infrastructure Improvements Phase II in North Adams,MA in accordance with the documents prepared by Waterfield Design Group, Inc. The project consists of: The work to be done under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor,materials and equipment necessary to install a new 56 spot parking area, truck access route and loading dock, walkways and stairways and associated drainage improvements. The work is estimated to cost $1,300,000, with a total number of days to Final Completion at 150calendar days. The Contractor and all subcontractors (collectively referred to as "the Contractor") agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. The Workforce Participating benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. All bidding Requests For Information shall be submitted online by July 9, 2025 at 11:00 am EDT for general bids.
