This project involves projects at multiple potable water storage tanks within the City of Glenwood Springs' distribution system. The overall scope includes the following: _ Remove and replace tank vents for the 12th Street No. 1, 12th Street No. 2, Cardiff No. 1, West Glenwood, Oasis, Glenwood Highlands, and Red Mountain Tanks. _ Remove and replace access hatches for the 12th Street No. 1 and 12th Street No. 2 Tanks. _ Remove and replace exterior coatings for the 12th Street No. 1 and 12th Street No. 2 Tanks. _ New roof system for the 12th Street Tanks building. _ Overcoat the exterior of the Red Mountain Tank. The tank vent replacement work must be performed while keeping the storage tank online. The Contractor is responsible for developing containment protocol to facilitate the work.
