Somerset South Exterior Upgrades Somerset Community College The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of Somerset Community College (SCC) desires to procure professional civil and engineering services as a project team to accomplish overhead and underground utility upgrades and removing and reinstalling portions of the existing parking lot to accommodate the utility work on their Somerset South Campus in Somerset, Kentucky. This project is to be accomplished as quickly as possible.
