WTLO Road Water Line Replacement and Water Storage Tank Replacement Project Western Pulaski County Water District, Pulaski, Somerset Kentucky is accepting Statement of Qualifications for engineering design, inspection, and supervision services to be performed in the implementation of the "WILO Road Water Line Replacement, KY Highway 80 Water Transmission Main Connection, and Old Columbia Road Water Storage Tank Replacement Project". Western Pulaski County Water District reserves the right to reject any or all responses. The project entails the replacement of approximately 9,600 LF of existing 3-inch and 4-inch water line with new 6-inch water line along WTLO Road, the replacement of approximately 3,600 LF of existing 6-inch and 8-inch water line with new 12-inch water line along KY Highway 80 to complete the gap between the previous two (2) short funded projects, and the replacement of the Old Columbia Road 100,000 gallon elevated tank with a new 300,000 gallon elevated tank, and the elimination of an existing 200,000-gallon ground storage tank.
