Environ Lamp Recycling and Disposal Submit all proposals, as stated within the proposal document instructions, Documents Notes : Files are available for download. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued by the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Department of Facilities and Maintenance Services (DFMS) to obtain a Vendor to provide light fixture lamp recycling and disposal. A. The Vendor shall furnish all services necessary in order to pick-up, package, transport and properly recycle/dispose of waste lamps from various MPS properties. Compensation will be based on unit pricing for various types of lamps as provided in your Request for Quotation Form response. This form reflects an estimate of the types and number of lamps that MPS believes will be discarded in the course of one (1) year. B. The contract will be for a three (3) year period between the Vendor and MPS, as outlined herein. C. The award of contract will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible cost.
