As a Regional Service Provider, the County of Orange (County), Consisting of 25 Departments (and Its Respective Divisions) Delivers a Broad Range of Services to the Citizens of Orange County. Services Provided Include Public Protection, Public Health, Infrastructure Maintenance; and Community and Social Services. It is the Primary Responsibility of the County's Oc Public Works Department to Enrich the Community Through Efficient Delivery and Maintenance of Public Works Infrastructure, Planning, Capital Improvement and Development Services. Oc Public Works Intends to Pre-qualify Firms to Provide Services for Architect-engineer (a-e) and a-e Related County-wide Services for the Countys Various Maintenance and Capital Projects. To Satisfy This Need, It is Oc Public Work Intent That This Rfq Process Will Enable the County to Establish Qualified Vendor Lists (Qvl) for a-e Disciplines to Provide Those Services. The Qvl for is Typically Renewed at Least Once Every Three to Five Years to Give Additional Firms the Opportunity to Give Additional Firms an Opportunity to Participate. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 at 2:00 Pm Pt Oc Public Works on Behalf of the County of Orange (County) a Political Subdivision of the State of California, Orange County Flood Control District, a Body Corporate and Politic, Requires Supplemental Professional Services to Meet Workload Demands and Project Scheduling Commitments in Relation to Architect/engineer (a-e) Design, Project Administration and Management Services for Various Projects. A-e is Defined as an Architect or Engineer for Design and/or Engineering of a Project. To Supplement Existing Resources, County Intends to Issue on-call Construction Management & Inspection Services for Use by Orange County a Political Subdivision of the State of California, Orange County Flood Control District, a Body Corporate and Politic, on an as-needed Basis. No Specified Amount of Work is Guaranteed to a-e. However, the Amount of Negotiated Contracted Work That Will Be Required on an as-needed Basis Shall Not Exceed (Tbd). The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time. The County Reserves the Right, at Its Sole Discretion, to Make Multiple Awards to Respondents for Services Requested in This Solicitation.
