Installation of Handicap Ramp at Beach Haven Public Library- The work under this contract shall include removal of an existing handicap ramp and installation of a new handicap ramp including site restoration Prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the job site prior to submission of BID, to familiarize themselves with site conditions. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Borough of Beach Haven in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Borough of Beach Haven hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof.
