Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Armstrong, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Assistance is needed with real estate tasks for the standalone improvement of curb ramps. Located along portions of STH 23 from North Pioneer Road to USH 151, and along USH 45 from Johnson Street to Scott Street in Fond du Lac County, with the majority in the city of Fond du Lac. Provide turn-key acquisition including introduction letters, review of title work, encroachment removal letters and revocable occupancy permits, sales study/data book, Nominal Payment Parcel Report, Nominal Parcel Acquisition (Blitz) Meeting, appraisals if needed, negotiations including all READS input and offering packages, closing out parcel files to include recording of all documents, W-9 information, sending of six-month/two-year deed letters, and complete a final audit verifying that all information is in READS at the end of the project. A final plat will not be available until October of 2025. Approximately 141 parcels are anticipated mostly TLEs with some having additional FEE areas attached.
