Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. A Bid Bond not uploaded via the City's bidding website prior to the time and the date set forth in the Notice Inviting Bids, shall be declared late. The bidder shall have sole responsibility for its timely submittal. Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/08/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) Bid prices shall be firm for 120 days from date of bid opening to permit staff evaluation and the City of Riverside City Council to award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The Purchasing Manager reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
