Renovation of an educational facility in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the following technology upgrades: Extending Fiber backbone from service entrance to new communication rooms, demolish existing and install new communication devices, including but not limited to; communications devices, outlets, Wireless Access Points, intercom system, power receptacles, electrical and communications conduit, cable tray, pull boxes and new communication cabinets. Demo and replace cabling and conduit as specified in the contract documents. Miscellaneous cutting patching of walls, floors, ceilings for new communication equipment rooms removal and reinstallation of ceilings as required. Sunrise Elementary School Technology Infrastructure Renewal Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the Design/Build Manager serving Brevard Public Schools for the upcoming Sunrise Elementary School Technology Infrastructure Renewal Project and are soliciting prequalified subcontractor for bids. The RFI deadline is July 10, 2025. Please submit RFIs to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. M/WBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. All bidding subcontractors shall adhere to having all onsite personnel registered with a valid JLA Badge, per Florida Statues 1012.32, 1012.465, 1012.467 & 1012.468. All costs for new employee badging & renewals will be the sole responsibility of the bidding subcontractor. Question Deadline 07/10/2025
