Renovation of an educational facility in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scorpio has been selected by Brevard Public Schools (BPS) as the Construction Manager for the Turner Elementary School HVAC Renewal located at 3175 Jupiter Blvd SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. The project scope of work includes a swap of fourteen (14) AHU units in existing classrooms. We are currently soliciting sealed bids from qualified subcontractors. Bids should include the name and address of the Bidder as well as the name of the project, BPS Turner ES HVAC Renewal on the email subject and proposal letter head. Bid proposals should include the name of the estimator, phone number, and e-mail. RFIs are due by 2:00 PM, on Thursday September 11th and should be sent to kyle@scorpioco.com Proposals must remain valid for 60 days. An Alternate for Bid Bond Percentage.
