The Office Improvements Project Phase 2 at the City of Englewood Allen Water Treatment Plant facility includes a new two-story, approximately 8,400 square foot office building meant to house approximately 24 staff, including Department Directors, Administrative, Business Solutions, Engineering, and Environmental Compliance personnel. The site for this new building is located on the south side of the Allen Water Treatment Plant campus and will be built over an area previously reserved for a sludge drying bed. Construction will include demolition of an existing stem wall that currently borders the drying bed.
