Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Anderson, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: CIPP lining 3,600 linear feet of 36" force main, installation of new dry weather pumps at Dewey Street Pump Station, wet well top slab reconstruction, existing building demolitions, electrical upgrades, and monorail crane installation. Bids are requested for a single prime Contract. Instructions to Bidders for All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid, which is deemed most favorable to the Owner. Docnotes: Prospective Bidders may also examine the Bidding Documents at Eastern Engineering Supply, 9901 Allisonville Road, Fishers, IN 46038; the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM and Fridays between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.; and the office of the City of Anderson Board of Public Works, 120 east 8 th Street, Anderson, IN 46018 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Monday through Thursday and between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Friday . Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Contractor must submit an affirmative action plan in addition to the Bid pursuant to City of Anderson Ordinance 38.10. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing tome for receipt of Bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the bid opening. Instructions to Bidders for All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. Bid Security, in a Sum of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Highest Aggregate Bid, Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner Also Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities in Any Bid, and to Accept Any Bid, Which is Deemed Most Favorable to the Owner. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
