Renovation of a detention facility in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of existing VCT floor tile and approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of existing epoxy flooring, and the polishing of approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of concrete floor at the Washington County Jail. Additional floor areas may be added as funding allows. The floor shall be polished and sealed to .42 or higher for a high traction floor when wet according to the NFSI B101.3 standards. Question Deadline 07/15/2025 Questions shall be directed to the Purchasing Office via email to purchasing2@washcowisco.gov. Questions must be asked at least five (5) business days prior to the bid due date.
