Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project is a phased interior remodel that consists of a remodeling of three floors of County office area in the Government Center. The project also includes reconstruction of an access drive, parking lot revisions, other site revisions, and site and landscaping work associated with the site reconstruction. There are multiple renovations throughout the building, including but not limited to, the Facilities Department of approximately 2,170 square feet, the Treasurer & Register of Deeds Departments of approximately 2,412 square feet, the County Clerk Department of approximately 1,508 square feet, the Clinic of approximately 1,833 square feet, the Natural Resources Department of approximately 5,448 square feet, the IT & GIS Department of approximately 3,886 square feet, the District Attorney of approximately 6,408 square feet, the Community Development Department of approximately 1,987 square feet, the Finance and HR Department of approximately 4,398 square feet, the Clerk of Courts Department of approximately 6,956 square feet and the County Executive BPA and County Board Department of approximately 4,492 square feet. All interior work of this request shall be substantially completed to Washington County s satisfaction no later than November 13, 2026. All site related work shall be substantially completed to Washington County s satisfaction no later than November 7, 2025.
