Site work and paving for a road / highway in Paupack, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Scope Of Work: Project #1 5,870 SY Class 1 Excavation, Roadway Widening 5,870 SY Grading, Shaping, and Compaction of Subgrade and Swale/Drainage Ditch 1,410 Tons, 19mm Wearing Course All materials and workmanship must meet the requirements and standards of PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications, and bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified for Work Class F Bituminous Paving. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount often (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Palmyra Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Palmyra Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. All work must be completed by October 31, 2025. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $875 per day for each day beyond this date that the work remains incomplete.
