Having carefully examined the specifications, bidding requirements, plans and onsite conditions applicable to this project, the undersigned bidder proposes to furnish all labor, material, equipment and to perform all related work as required by the Contract Documents and in accordance with City of Portsmouth Standards for the total sum Question deadline: 7/30/25 at 5:00 PM.
