Demolition and site work for a detention facility in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
The Work under this Project consists of the demolition of the Portsmouth Civic Center complex consisting of the elevated plaza, police headquarters, jail, judicial buildings A and B, and the J&D courts building located at 701 Crawford St, Portsmouth, VA 23704. Having carefully examined the specifications, bidding requirements, plans and onsite conditions applicable to this project, the undersigned bidder proposes to furnish all labor, material, equipment and to perform all related work as required by the Contract Documents and in accordance with City of Portsmouth Standards for the total sum Question deadline: 7/30/25 at 5:00 PM.
