Time for completion: In accordance with FAR 52.211-10 Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work (APR 1984), work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after award. Estimated Price Range: In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. In accordance with FAR 52.211-12, Liquidated Damages - Construction (SEP 2000), liquidated damages shall be assessed in the amount of $1,226.67 per calendar day. In accordance with FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, a bid bond in the amount of 20% of the proposal price is required with proposal submission. Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the contract task order awardee ten (10) calendar days after date of award. PPIs must be submitted via PPI Form, to Nakia E. Gregory at nakia.e.gregory.civ@us.navy.mil.
