Quality Control Manager/Superintendent - The role of Superintendent may function as the Quality Control Manager and can be performed by one individual. The Quality Control Manager may not perform the duties of SSHO. The Superintendent may be the SSHO. Utilities: In accordance with FAC 5252.236-9305 Availability of Utilities (JUN 1994), when available, the Government will provide reasonable amounts of electric, water and compressed air for the work to be performed under this contract at no cost to the contractor. Record Shop Drawings: In accordance with FAR 52.236.21, Specifications and Drawings for Construction (FEB 1997) record shop drawings are required. Basis for Award: In accordance with FAR Part 15, award shall be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror. Proposal Acceptance Period: Proposal acceptance period shall be 120 days from receipt of offers.
