Ripley County requests qualifications for preliminary architectural services, cost estimate, and subsequent design and inspection services to assist in a proposed project to be partially financed with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The proposed project consists of expanding the Doniphan Ripley County Library to provide additional space for reading areas,community programming, technology access, and study rooms.
