Every request for such interpretation should be in writing on the RFI Form included herein, addressed to Zach Teter, Project Manager and to be given consideration must be received before July 7, 2025 at 12:00 pm The base bid includes resurfacing of Park Avenue between Ward Avenue and Tod Avenue at a total length of approximately 0.34 miles. The base bid project includes pavement planing, tack coat, and installation of asphalt surface course The Engineers Estimate for the base bid and miscellaneous repairs (as directed by the Engineer) is $178,292.00. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty made payable to the City of Girard in the form of either: (1) A bond for the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount pursuant to Chapter 153 of the ORC. The City of Girard reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
