The Delaware River and Bay Authority owner and operator of the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, hereby requests proposals for the purpose of selecting, in its sole opinion, the most-qualified firm to provide professional Naval Architect and Marine Engineering Services necessary to successfully design and bid the MV Delaware equipment refit project, which is currently scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2025. Estimated Start Date: 10-01-2025 Estimated Finish Date: 09-30-2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
