Renovation of a military facility in Oak Harbor, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Assumptions: Roof and gutter repair required. HVAC system repaired/replaced for this section of the building. Replace fire sprinkler and alarm system for this section of the building. Provide base addressable alarm panel for this section of the building and integrate into existing system. Lead and asbestos contamination remain that will need to be addressed with Demolition. Hazardous Material Survey required. Windows do not require replacement. Scope: Attachments show area to be renovated: 1. Bldg 434 Renovation areas 1st floor 2. Bldg 434 Renovation areas Basement Partial building renovation to include repair of roof, gutters and downspouts, HVAC, electrical, fire protection and mechanical systems. Remodel first floor for and basement for administrative space. Demolish existing nonstructural walls, floor treatments, kitchen equipment, bar equipment, doors and finishes. Provide new flooring, interior trim and paint, communications outlets, electrical outlets, interior lighting, exterior and interior doors. Flooring shall be Heavy Traffic commercial carpet and tile in the bathrooms. Paint shall be Arizona White. Provide Comms Room, OSP conduit, desktop and wireless connections for NMCI network, desktop connections for PSNS CommandNet and U/NNPI networks. Provide data and power connections to administrative workstations and offices. Provide FF&E Package with design. Include MS Teams compatible Conference system and telephones in both Conference Rooms. 1st Floor: Remove all interior non-load bearing walls, flooring and wall finishes, kitchen equipment, bathroom equipment and bar to provide maximum useable floor space inside for administrative functions. Repair subfloor before installation of new flooring finishes. Replace existing exterior doors (4 ea). Replace existing interior building door ...
