Renovation of a fire / police facility in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of August 21st, 2025, the project was awarded to Vittorium Design Corp but the awarded amount is not available.** The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. The City of Miramar, Florida (“City”) is soliciting requests for quotes (RFQu) from a qualified contractor, hereinafter referred to as the Successful Responder, to supply and install one (1) new 800A, 480-volt, 3-phase combination Manual Transfer Switch (MTS), complete with a weatherproof NEMA 3R UL-listed generator tap box equipped with built-in Cam-Lok receptacles. The tap box shall be mounted on the exterior of the Fire Station 100 generator room and connected to the existing Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) located inside the room, allowing for safe and efficient connection of a temporary generator during emergency conditions.
