SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified bidders to complete the City of Miramar is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all material, equipment, and labor for the repairs of the spalling, deteriorating concrete in four (4) compartments of Aeration Basin #5. To include repairing of joint leak between compartments #4 and #5 in Aeration Basin #5 PROJECT LOCATION: The Project is located at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility 13900 Pembroke Road, Miramar, Florida, 33027 Cone of Silence There May Be a Cone of Silence in Place for This Solicitation. Please Carefully Review the Solicitation Documents to Ensure Compliance With Any Rules Regarding a Cone of Silence. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City.
