Cone of Silence There May Be a Cone of Silence in Place for This Solicitation. Please Carefully Review the Solicitation Documents to Ensure Compliance With Any Rules Regarding a Cone of Silence. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids/proposals, to Waive Any Informality in a Bid/proposal and/or in the Bidding/selection Process, and to Make Awards, if Awarded, to the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bidder/offeror as Deemed in the Best Interest of the City.
