The work includes but not limited to: prepare drawings for permitting, permit through building department, pour new concrete slabs, set & secure new ATS NEMA 3R, trench from generator pad to new ATS, re-route electric from existing main ATS-loads, set &secure new generator with base tank on new pad, extend fence as needed at each site, pull cable from GEN-ATS & ATS-Existing pump controllers, terminate cable, install new emergency stop, start-up & test, and demobilize. The Project is located on 2800 Southwest 136 th Avenue, Miramar, Florida, 33027. The commencement date shall be established in the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall commence the Work within 10 Days from the commencement date. The Work shall be Substantially Complete within 180 Calendar Days after the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed. The Work shall be Finally Completed for full acceptance by the City within 210 Calendar Days after the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed.
