The project licensing requirements are A (General Engineering) and B (General Building). Vendor is responsible for downloading all applicable documents included in this bid event. The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the district, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendor's response. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed. Time of completion for this project is Sixty (60) working days from NTP and Liquidated damages are $250 per day.
