Site work for a water / sewer project in Forestville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project proposes to construct storm damage slide repair work along Wohler Road adjacent to Mark West Creek at Post Mile 10.24. The work includes installing a 500 feet length by 50 feet depth interlocking sheet pile wall with concrete pile cap along the roadway. The new wall will be placed approximately 2 feet offset from the previously existing "fog line" stripe along the road and will be used to support the roadway and prevent further erosion. Project Location: The project site is located on northbound lane of Wohler Road at PM 10.24, just north of River Road intersection. Technical questions should be emailed to Anthony Moore at spi-bid-inquiries@sonomacounty.gov Only questions received no later than 4/14/2026 will receive a response. After the deadline no further questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted by phone. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum. An Addendum, if necessary, will post on the County's online Portal by April 23, 2026. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineer's Estimate Range: $3,000,000 to $3,500,000.
