Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fishers Island, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Request for Proposals The Fishers Island Ferry District is seeking proposals to replace a steel utility door on the Fishers Island Ferry Terminal Building at 261 Trumbull Drive. The Scope of Work is as follows: 1. Remove and dispose of existing door and frame 2. Inspect state of existing brick and mortar 3. Repair existing brick components and lintel 4. Procure and install new steel door with light and frame with full mortise continuous hinge 5. Inject mortar into frame to create a complete and tight seal Install door with heavy duty lockset and closer All work must be done in accordance with New York State/Suffolk County Department of Labor Prevailing Wage rates.
